The space

[Two-story apartment w/ modern minimalist touches all over]

-Fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living-room section, cozy dinning-room and equipped laundry area and guest bathroom are all part of the first level of our apartment.

-For the 2nd Level, we have the master and secondary bedrooms along with a full bathroom.

- There's an available common area for anyone staying in this condominium, this area offers a great relaxing space, some exercising equipment and an amazing view as the cherry on top. (No reservation needed)

-All spaces are designed for families, business crews and of course couples.

-Pets are always WELCOME!

-The front yard is surrounded by a pretty green garden.

Guest access

The apartment is within a very safe gated community. You will be provided with a remote control so you can be free to come and go as needed.

You will have the whole house to yourself/for your group.

Parking is also provided for one car right in front of the apartment.

- Complete privacy space into the house

Neighborhood overview

The house is perfectly located in large residential in Guachipelin hills, its perfect to come and go in just a 5-min drive to any of the corporate areas and hospitals around (Distrito 4, CIMA hospital, La Catolica hospital, Avenida Escazu, etc.) and easy access to supermarkets and drugstores but at the same time, it's surrounded by nature and has multiple parks you can walk to and forget you are in the city.

We promote MOVEMENT, we are all about enjoying and exploring this beautiful Earth.

Getting around

We provide one parking spot, but in case there are additional guests or cars, they can leave their car right outside the gated community since the residential is very safe.
